| 说明训练预定表的制作方法。再由两位参与者(学员)演练工作指导方法，然后将其与卡片比较，使参与者练习四阶段法和准备的方法。总结实施工作指导前的准备工作。
How to make “Training schedule”, Job guidance method practice by two participants, then compare it with the card, and practice four stage method and preparation method. Summary the preparing work before implementation of job guidance. | 好的工作指导方法之基础是训练预定表和作业分解。确认见习者是否已正确理解和掌握上述内容。
Good job guidance method is based on the training of reserve tables and decomposition. Confirm whether the trainee has been correctly understand and grasp the above content. |

| 使参与者(学员)讨论各自工作岗位上的训练预定表。强调特别需要下功夫的几种特殊指导方法，即在繁琐的工作，有噪音的工作现场内传授的方法。
