第1讲
说明每日人与人的关系是工作现场中主管职务上最重要的一部分。提示建立良好人际关系的基本要诀,建立4 阶段法,以解决由于人际关系所产生的问题。
Explain the importance of interpersonal relationship establishment as a daily job of supervisor at work site.
Point out the basic principles of establishing a good relationship, set up a 4-step model to solve relational problems.
主管通过部属取得成果。应尊重部属的个人差异。虽然良好的工作方法可预防许多问题的发生,但主管必须了解对已发生问题的处理方法。
Supervisors make achievements through their subordinates to respect every subordinates personal characteristic. though good methods can help prevent potential problems, supervisor should learn to deal with existing problems
第2讲

熟练掌握第1阶段-掌握事实,为使学员掌握第1阶段,训练指导员先提出一个问题强调第1阶段,并由两位学员提出各自带来的问题,通过对此进行研讨,使大家练习4阶段法。
Acquiring the 1st phase -know the facts. To help trainee acquire the 1st phase, instructor will come up with a question and then 2 trainees propose theirs. The group practices the 4 phase method by discussing and exercising these problems and situations.
必须完全了解和掌握事实,了解当事人的想法与心情并与其它事实一并加以考虑。由于人的独特性,故对每个人必须区别对待。
Must fully understand and grasp the facts and understand the ideas of the parties and the mood and be considered along with other facts. Due to the uniqueness of people, so everyone must be treated differently

熟练掌握第2阶段-慎思决定,为使学员掌握第2阶段训练,指导员提出一个问题强调第2阶段,并由两位学员提出各自带来的问题,通过对此进行研讨,使大家练习4阶段法。
Mastering phase 2 - deliberating decision, to make students master the phase 2 training, emphasize phase 2 instructor ask a question, and put forward their problems by two students, through this discussion, we practice 4 stages
必须以适当的评价,相关的事实为基础,慎重思考决定。
A careful thought and decision should base on proper evaluation and relevant facts..

使学员明了第3阶段“采取措施”与第4阶段“确认结果”的重要性。为使学员掌握第3、第4阶段,训练指导员提出一个问题强调第34个阶段,并由两位学员提出各自带来的问题,通过对此进行研讨,使大家练习4阶段法。
Make clear the importance of the 3rd phase take action and the 4th phase confirm results.
To help trainee acquire the 3rd & 4th phases, instructor will come up with a question and then 2 trainees propose theirs. The group practices the 4 phase method by discussing and exercising these problems and situations.
主管必须明确了解自己的责任。并要注意实施措施的时机,并须确认其结果。须注意对本人,工作现场的人及生产有何种影响。
Supervisors should know clearly about their responsibility, the proper time to take action and must confirm results, while pay attentions to the influence to individual, relevant people and manufacturing.
第5讲
为使大家练习4阶段法。由两位学员提出各自带来的问题,使大家练习4阶段法。复习和归纳基本要诀,4阶段法及掌握想法和心情的方法。思考主管与部属之外的其他人员之间的人际关系,即其它工作现场、其它管理部门及上级管理人员之间的关系。
The group practices the 4 phase method by discussing problems.
Review and conclude basic principles and skills in the 4 phase method.
Think about the relationship between supervisors and people in other department or superiors.
培养应用4阶段法的习惯,将这些重要性通过大家提出的问题来揭示。除部属以外的人际关系亦可应用此4阶段法。主管是通过与他人的合作取得成果。
Develop the habits of applying the 4 phase method.
Point out the importance by discussing problems proposed by trainee.
The 4 phase method could also be applied in the relationship between supervisors and people in other department or superiors.
